Is it okay to workout with GERD-like symptoms?

Rahul questioned:

Hello, recently I was told I may have GERD, but, looking at my symptoms, I thought otherwise. Usually, GERD is accompanied by heartburn, but in my case, I rarely feel any kind of burning sensation anywhere in my stomach. The only symptoms I have that sound like GERD are that while working out I eventually vomit. The only way to prevent vomiting is to not eat ANYTHING for over 4 hours until my stomach is completely empty. Then if I work out I still get a gagging sensation occasionally, but other than that, I feel fine.

I workout with heavy weight and less reps. That probably increases abdominal pressure and increases reflux, which causes the nauseating feeling and causes me to vomit. I was told that one of my esophageal sphincters is loose, and is letting food back up.

Well, I have 2 questions.
1. How the heck can I strengthen that damn esophageal sphincter to be over with this retarded problem?
2. My summer goal was to place on lots of muscle mass. Is it safe to pursue it?

ok you can use this drug which is called metaclopramide (tablets) you can use it 15 min before you start your heavy workout and it is 100% safe drug …which is antiemetic and at the same time it will strengthen your lower esophageal sphincter

    god bless you
