What is heartburn? And I get dizzy at times. Is it normal?

Yeah, that heartburn part is just me being curious. But what I’m really concerned about is that I’m always getting dizzy and my vision gets a bit blurred when I get up from sitting or lying down. I’m still young, only 15 and my parents say it’s because I have low blood pressure due to periods and sometimes the nosebleeds I get. They say its normal for women and girls. But I’m still in doubt. Please clear my doubts for me???
