Heart burn is common in pregnancy most often in later pregnancy but it can happen anytime in pregnancy especially if drinking orange juice or eating pasta sauce or things with ketchup and sometimes eating spicy food.Try drinking a glass of milk when heartburn occurs it helps to calm it down and also gives you extra calcium which you deplete during pregnancy.Moderate to mild cramping is normal at all stages in pregnancy however if it is severe and not stopping and your having heavy bleeding with it you should get to the doctor but if your not just mention this pain to your doctor because remember everything is stressing right now so it could be normal ligament pain.

heartburn is very normal….i actually had heartburn everyday of my pregnancy and thought somethig was wrong with me,i took a tums everyday but right after i had my son it dissappeared so it was all due to the pregnancy

not all woman get heartburn ive never had it but my mum has it bad when shes pregnant. and dunno bout the cramps as ive never got them while walking up the stairs

heartburn is normal and for some women can get really bad. Watch what you eat. If spicy foods cause you to have it, avoid those. Drink milk and eat yogurt to keep stomach acids at bay. Only take antacids with your doctors permission. And yes, walking up steps can take it’s toll on you. It’ll get worse as you get further along, but the exercise is good for you.

Yes its normal to have heartburn. You can take tums or pepcid to help with it. Old wives tales say if you have heartburn the baby will have hair.
